Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer FREE shipping on orders over £49.99.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.
